Mold From Leaking Pipe in Flemington

Mold likes to grow wherever moisture is present, like in a pile of wet towels, under sinks or dishwashers, or in damp basements. 

In this case, there was a slowly leaking pipe in the ceiling of this garage. The leak was small enough that it didn't leak out of the ceiling, but instead created a moisture problem. 

Over time, the constant moisture in the ceiling became the perfect breeding ground for mold to grow and spread, since the leak was never detected. When we opened up the ceiling, these homeowners were surprised to find that such a small leak had caused such a large amount of mold!
